If hunting arrangements are cancelled up to 30 days before your hunt, 30% of the total cost of the package will be retained and can not be returned to the client that is cancelling.

If any client cancels their hunting arrangements with less than 30 days before hunt, 50% will be retained.

If the hunter gives up an on-going hunt, the total amount of the package will be retained.
