Please read the following conditions and our Cancellation
Policy prior to booking.
- You can book your hunt via:
- All hunting programs prices and fees are subject to change without
notice.
- An advance payment is due at time of booking your hunt. (50% of the total
price of the package). You can use any of the following cards:

- No booking is confirmed without an advance payment.
- Payments:
- When a mutually agreeable date is settled, we allow up to ten
days to make the advance payment for the amount
equal to 50% by the number of hunters. Upon receipt we will
send confirmation and request names and addresses of each party
member. When we receive all the information you are set.
The remaining payment of the hunt is due upon arrival.
- Won and lost trophies (wounded animals with appearance of blood),
will require your thophy fee, according to our current prices.
- Landowner and/or Guide reserve the right to modify or terminate
a hunt at any given time, at hunter's expense, in any case where
safety or hunting conditions are compromised.
- Non use of the services: if you don't use some of the programmed
services, refunds won't be made.
- Annulment: if for any circumstance the organizer should annul
the programmed hunt, the hunters will only be entitled to the
refund of the paid amount, without claims for damages.
- Baggages and weapons: the organizer won't become responsible
for the total or partial loss or breaks of the same ones.
- Hunter insurance: clients are not covered by any type of insurance.
Clients should obtain their own insurance in their origin country
covering risks of the hunt activities to accomplish.
